Capaciteit Concertzaal met 950 zitplaatsen voor de Bochumer Symphoniker, een polyvalent auditorium met 200 tot 400 zitplaatsen voor de muziekschool, en een polyvalent foyer in een bestaande kerk. Totale oppervlakte 5 960 m².
Gebruik Zaal voor de Bochumer Symphoniker, verschillende ensembles van de muziekschool, gastorkesten, recitals, festivals, etc.
