Capaciteit Flexibele concert- en congreszaal met 2 100 zitplaatsen voor rock- en popconcerten, grote congressen, shows en banketten. Aanpalende intieme zaal met 400 zitplaatsen voor conferenties en concerten. Lobby, ontvangstruimten, tentoonstellingsruimten, vertaalcabines en technische ruimtes. Totale oppervlakte 20 000 m².

Gebruik Het congrescentrum organiseert zakentoerisme, shows, concerten en binnen het gehele Docks-gebied worden grote beurzen en tentoonstellingen georganiseerd.

Werkzaamheden Volledig ontwerp- en bouwtraject. Zaal- en bouwakoestisch ontwerp, begeleiding en werfopvolging tot en met opening. Design & Build met SPIE Batignolles Nord.
