Rehabilitation and extension of the former Maison du peuple of Saint-Priest (or Centre culturel) according to the HQE: BBC (low consumption building efficiency), is aiming at satisfying artists, users and audiences, notably through shifting the vision of the ground and opening onto the public square. Seat Count Two halls: a 630-seat capacity (up to 900 seats with a standing audience) and a 100-seat one, along with exhibition spaces, a cafe and spaces for artists. Total area: 3 180 m².

Uses Theatre producing concerts and shows of all types and for all kind of audiences.

Services Comprehensive acoustic consulting services for the entire project from competition to commissioning, including the internal acoustic quality, building acoustics along with noise and vibrations control.
