Kahle Acoustics ist ein akustisches Beratungsbüro, welches auf die Planung und Ausführung von Aufführungsräumen, d.h. Konzertsäle, Opernhäuser, Theater, Aufnahmeräume sowie Proberäume, spezialisiert ist. Die Projekte von Kahle Acoustics schliessen Neubauten, Renovierungen, akustische Verbesserungen sowie die Umnutzung bestehender Räume ein.
Statt ein vorgefertigtes, standardisiertes Lösungsmodell zu applizieren, sucht Kahle Acoustics bei jedem Projekt eine ideale, speziell angepasste Lösung, welche ebenfalls die Architektur und die künstlerischen Anforderungen in Betracht zieht. Ziel ist jeweils eine perfekt integrierte und adaptierte Lösung, mit welcher sowohl die Akustik als auch alle anderen Anforderungen optimiert werden können.
Um die Ausarbeitung einer adaptierten und in die Architektur integrierten Lösung zu gewährleisten, sollte die Implikation des Akustikers so früh wie möglich erfolgen. Kahle Acoustics arbeitet regelmässig mit verschiedensten Architekten, Theaterplanern und Bauherren zusammen, und partiziert häufig ebenfalls bei der Ausarbeitung des Bauprogrammes und/oder der Machbarkeitsstudie.
Kahle Acoustics wurde 2001 von Eckhard Kahle gegründet und hat seinen Sitz in Brüssel. Die Firma arbeitet in vier Sprachen — Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Flämisch — und hat Projekte auf drei Kontinenten — Europa, Amerika und Asien.
Kahle Acoustics arbeitet regelmässig mit einigen der weltweit renommiertesten Architekten zusammen, wie z.B. Renzo Piano, Jean Nouvel, Terry Pawson, Rafael Viñoly oder Paul Andreu.

2009/11/05 Kahle Acoustics finalize the development of an internal analysis software based on the Boundary Element Method. This software will be used in order to precisely analyze and quantify the diffraction effects and diffusive properties of acoustic reflectors. It is based on previous work by Alexandre Jolibois, who was intern at Kahle Acoustics in 2008.
